just installed the report add on and added myself , the admin to the configuration.
but when launching the report link from the portal I get this:
what am I missing here?
I am facing the same issue, was there news in app support center? was somebody able to solve it?
well... doesn't seem that the app vendor has an interest to communicate with users of his app... sad to read that... I doubt there will be any further activity here.

So this is the response i recieved today after a 2nd chase. so hopefully this will soon be fixed.

So i managed to find a support channel. I have submitted a request. I guess we will have to wait and see if we get a response.

no not that I can find anywhere. I did have it working, but the test customer could see all the other test customers, I figured out that was because I had them all set to use the same Permissions Scheme. once I changed that it was working fine. which is why I think it's a permissions issue.
How to fix it? well, it's beyond me currently!

We are having the same issue. I thought it was something to do with Customer Permissions, however i am struggling to pin point what the issue is. I cant find any any information on how to resolve this.
