What happens when the basic account is hackef

One of my basic jira sccount is hacked and security is compromised, now how does the integrated plugin react for Authorization and authentication?

The question is quite unclear, but if you've let someone else into your account, the applications they have access to have no way of knowing it is not you, and they will work the same for them as they do for you.
