When does DVCS plugin refresh automatically?

I have the DVCS plugin connected to my Github Enterprise. The initial refresh of all of the projects in github worked and commits are listed in the JIRA tickets. However when I do new commits in Github, I have to go to the plugin page and manually refresh each repository for it to pick up the new commits. I've waited 45 minutes or so, maybe that wasn't long enough. How can I choose how frequently JIRA refreshes the git commits?

Hi Ryan,

You can change this behaviour on "Services" settings of your JIRA instance.

Hi Lucas,

How about OnDemand instance? I'm not getting automatic SmartCommit updates from Bitbucket. I have to click Refresh icon in Admin panel. I can not add any new service in Services.
