Why I cannot see the data sources item in the Jira power bi add on menu

I install the power bi Jira connector, but I can not see the data sources item in the powerbi add on menu in jira for creating a data source. does anyone knows what is the problem?

The most effective way is to reach out to the app vendor's support directly, I assume they will assist you: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219072/power-bi-jira-connector?hosting=cloud&tab=support
