Why do Confluence users using Zen Intranet see different page versions?

AlbertK June 20, 2013

I have created a page, saved it, and published it. Another user came to edit the page and also published it.

Now they are unable to see my revisions to the page. Any way to make my page the only sheet that anyone sees?

Hi there,

Unless a user has an unpublished draft, everyone should see the same (published) version. I'm unclear as to the steps that happened, is it possible that you both had concurrent drafts going and the latter publish appeared to overwrite the first to publish? If so, we have identified (and fixed in Zen 5.2.9) a but where that could occur in certain conditions.

If that doesn't sound like the case, please send an email to support@stepstonetech.com and we can delve further!

Thanks,
Darryl
