Will Component watcher works for already existed bugs?

I have installed Component watcher plugin and got the mail when ever the bug(B1) created for component 'A' and got the mail notification after adding comment for newly created bug(B1).

But not getting mail notification after add the comment for Component 'A' bug.(This is bug is created before installation of component watcher.)
