The TNG add-on "Workflow Enhancer for Jira" Universal Post-function no longer shows some target post-function's configuration options, specifically for Bob Swift Create on Transition > 6.1.0 and and Jira Suite Utilities JSU postfunctions. I've documented the behavior for TNG here:

Realizing TNG doesn't offer support, I've reached out to Bob Swift support (https://bobswift.atlassian.net/browse/CSOT-763), but the problem is with the WEFJ add-on. I'm reaching out to the community to see if anyone is in the same boat. This unfortunately inhibits my ability to upgrade Jira Server past 7.10.2. This plugin was used heavily in a workflow configured for my org by a vendor. I'm looking at ~ 6 months of work to remove reliance on it.
