Zephyr Importer missing fields

Zephyr importer feature  shows missing fields.

Result 

those are available in the test issue type.  

it happened once JIRA is upgraded to 7.13 and zephyr plugin is updated to 4.3.0.

 

Any idea what could be wrong or where I can change/add fields so it shows in the mapping section.
