confluence plugin balsamiq for a specific group

The balsamiq plugin for confluence cloud is priced per user. I don't want all my users to edit in the balsamiq, just the ui designers. (read: i only want to be charged for this user group) How to I allow only a specific atlassain group to allow access to this balsamiq plugin?

While this option is available in our Confluence server add-on, non-matching is not allowed/available for Confluence Cloud add-ons.
