create up/down button in confiforms table view

i show data in confiforms table view 

the table entry are shown as they were entered to the form

i search for a solution that will allow me to select a row and click on up/down button so the order of the rows will be change (move one row up or down

(should work as the section in the confluence editor)

any one have ideas?
