how to add test cases in Jira ? test results for test cases?

I am new to Jira and I dont know how and where to add test cases for a user story, how to add test results for the test cases I add or how to link test cases to a user story ?

I saw there is a test management workflow but I could not find exactly how and where we can reflect this workflow and adding test cases and results in Jira.
