how to use balsamic mockup

Hello,

I am evaluationg, On demand JIRA, JIRA Agile and Confluence, and I would like to try also balsamiq mockup. Apparently it is pre installed on the on-demand package, the product seems activated, how to launch it ?

Hi Gilbert, the user guide for Mockups for Confluence and Mockups for JIRA are here and here. I suspect that you might not see the "add" or "edit" links now because your trial (which started automatically when your OnDemand account was first set up) could have expired by now. Please email sales@balsamiq.com to get a trial extension.
