issue related pricing of backbone issue sync add-on

Hi,

i am having a jira server 7.2 with 2000 users, in which i am having many projects so just want to know, i need to pay for all 2000 users to buy this plugin. or i can purchase it for some users.

Please help me out of this .

All add-ons have to be licenced at the highest number of users you have for an application.

Example, if you've got 5 Agents, 50 Core users and 2000 Software users, that's 2055 users in total, but the highest tier is 2000, so you will need to licence add-ons at 2000.

so i have to puchase it for all my 2000 users ,although i will use this plugin for some users /projects only.
