licence add-on balsamiq

Hi,

have problem with the licensing in Confluence (4.3.1)

We bought a 10 users blasamiq license. The current one already expired.

configure is disabled

With the new license key I get the following error:

Your add-on license is invalid. Please ensure that the entire add-on license, including line breaks, is exactly as provided.

What to do?

There are few things that could be blocking you from creating your mockups. I don't see anything on your account that is a quick fix / can be resolved in a public forum.
