"Duplicate page titles" add-on makes our permissions and restrictions unreachable

Hi, As we installed the add-on "Duplicate page titles" last week on our Confluence instance we could reach the space permissions and page restrictions anymore. As we disabled the add-on, we could reach our space permissions and page restrictions again. 

Does someone recognize this issue? 

I can't contact the supplier of the add-on, I can't submit a request (empty screen without any login possibility).  

What we want to do is create duplicate page names in Confluence. Does anybody know a good working alternative (not being the above mentioned add-on)?
