"Excel Connector for JIRA" - Creation of a new issue does not work

When trying to create a new issue the color of the "issue type" cell is black and no value can be selected.

Without this value it is not possible to create the issue (Error: "Issue Type is required").

How can I get out of this deadlock?

Hi Erich,

Excel Connector is set black background to all cells which are not editable/unsupported for some reason. What field type are represented by thosev cells?

We are working on more stable version of Excel Connector for JIRA. Most of your problems should be resolved in upcoming release. What more the new version will be more faster because we write it on the basis of REST Services. The new version will be released on market place till 9 August.
