table plugin for Confluence

I want to buy the table plugin for Confluence. I have two systems: one production and one dev. If I buy a licence, could this be used for both systems?

Once you buy a license, go to your my.atlassian.com account and you will see View Developer License which is a free license for use on a test/development system.
