Feedback Request Confluence Public Links

Hi folks!
I’m a Product Manager for Confluence Permissions, working on the Public Links feature.

Public links allow Confluence users to generate a URL to share a view-only version of any Confluence page to anyone on the internet with the link.

We had released the feature to some customers in 2021. Since then we have received some great insights on feature enhancements that are underway. Now we are looking to improve the feature specifically informed by your needs!

Help shape our feature:
Is this something you would see value in? What are the basic must-have security controls that could give the confidence in using the Public Links feature?

I think it would be helpful if users could set an expiration date for a public link. (5, 10, 30 days, etc.)

1. An option to enable or disable this feature per space, or better yet, make a specific permission at the Space Level
2. A log of public links that have been generated, with details, including; who generated the link, and how many times the public link has been viewed, and the last access date
3. Expanding on the previous point, global audit to show all shared links across all spaces
4. A way for admin’s to disable a space link once generated
