Hi everyone,
Just wanted to share our story detailing how the Aurora Education Foundation in Australia implemented Jira to stay connected and aligned to our commitment to delivering high-quality programs and our ambitious future strategy.
It took some learning, and we have shared some of the approaches we used to ensure organisational understanding and uptake of the software.
Staying connected and aligned within Australia and across the globe is now streamlined into a single platform which allows us to deliver maximum impact for our program participants and keep an eye on the horizon to take our vision even further!

Thank you, @Jesse King for sharing Aurora's JIRA story. You detail some clear and powerful use cases and great advice for adoption that will valuable for many social impact teams.
Thank you @Jesse King and the whole Aurora team for sharing your story.
In our NGO, we're also using Confluence to share some of our knowledge which has helped in making that more accessible. I was always thinking about maybe introducing Jira as well but always refrained from doing so thinking it might be too complex and too much effort for all our volunteers.
Do you also have a lot of volunteers in your organization who have a usual job and only contribute in their free time? Have you also rolled out Jira for them? How did you approach that?
