We are a nonprofit. I filled out the application to get the nonprofit rate.

I got a rejection email within seconds.  Within the same email, we are eligible for the school version of Trello.  We are not a school or institution, but I filled out the application again and again we are rejected.  I have reached out and have not heard a response in 10 days.

Any ideas on who to contact?

Same happened with me. We are a 501(c)(3), and within minutes was told we were not eligible. I figured it might be because we haven't filed our first IRS 990 yet.  Reapplied a year later and got rejected instantly again. I even sent our IRS approval letter to Percent.
