Airbnb Latitude Jira SD Users

Hey!

We read about the Airbnb ITSM presentation on the last Summit.

Additionally to the shared informations, we would like to know, how many customers and agents are working with JSD-Latitude at the moment?

Sorry for the late response. We currently have about 1700 agents in Latitude (our branded version of JSD and have all employees at the company using the self-service request fulfillment platform.
