On OpsGenie, it sends out calls and emails notifying agents of things such as planned maintenances, degraded performances, etc. I've provided an image for example. I checked my team's services, and it owns the service but is not subscribed. These constantly fill up my Jira board. Is there any way for me to turn off these notifications? Thank you!
hi @chan_nguyen it sounds like your Opsgenie instance is configured with some external services which causes these notifications. Full doc can be linked here:

You would be able to edit the external services to avoid alerts being generated for external service incidents and such.
