Many of our services share the same stakeholders. When an incident impacts multiple services, it will send multiple emails for each communication. To work around this, I can only add one service to the incident. It would be nice to have a feature that would only send the email once if services share the same stakeholders.
I agree with this 100%. I am testing out some of the new JSM integration features and Opsgenie is sending far more extra emails instead of streamlining the process!
