Dear Jira team,
We use a self-managed Twilio number which we have added manually for Opsgenie Call routing integration.
As we are planning to migrate from Opsgenie to Jira Service Management - will we have the same capability to add the Twilio number on Jira Service Management for incoming call integration or will there be any complications?

Jira Service Management does support Incoming call integration functionality. Since you are already using the number managed from your own Twilio account, it can be used in Jira Service Management account.
You can continue to configure new numbers purchased from your own Twilio account or use existing purchased numbers for this integration.
