Hi all,

I need to establish strict permission policies for our new cloud organization via Guard. I'm org admin.

I am baffled that I cannot filter user groups the same way that users can be filtered - per permission type or product. Am I missing something?

Please help me find an easy way to monitor which group has what permissions, having in mind that we pull groups from an identity provider, and the list of groups is very long.

Thank you!

Hey @Radostina Kavrakova, in a few weeks, we're going to release an update to the groups list that includes a filter to help you find groups that grant roles to a specific app, just like you can on the users list 😄

I'll let you know when we roll out this update. You can also watch this post: Improvements and the next chapter of user management to follow some of the other changes we're making that will make it easier to manage your users and groups.

Hi @Radostina Kavrakova, I have good news: We started rolling out the updated groups list 😄 You should receive this update over the next few weeks.

The new groups list has an Apps filter to help you find groups that grant roles to a specific app. It functions like the Apps filter in the users list to help you find users who have roles to a specific app.
