Hi,
I understand the Rovo quota system documented here: Rovo usage quota | Rovo | Atlassian Support
We are already on Enterprise Plan but have had a few cases of users reaching their quota. I'm curious what options are available outside of the Enterprise plan specifically for Rovo quotas.
Thanks,
Dylan
Hey @Dylan Bolton ,
If I understand your question correctly, you're looking for ways to increase the quota for individual users for Rovo usage?
According to that document you've shared, and my experiences with my own Atlassian environment, current quotas for Rovo usage are not being enforced. Are you able to share a screenshot or error message that your users are seeing which indicate they are over their usage quota?
That said, Atlassian mentions in that article that once quotas are enforced, they will introduce pricing for increasing the quota.
Currently, usage quotas are not enforced. In the future, usage beyond these quotas will incur additional charges based on consumption.
We will provide at least 90 days of notice before enforcing quotas. This notice will include pricing for excess usage, dashboards, and controls to monitor and manage usage with confidence. Read more on our usage quotas blog
If you're already on Enterprise, the only way to increase your quota with the tools currently available is to subscribe to the Enterprise Teamwork Collection. This is a new bundle that includes Jira, Confluence, and Loom. This results in 10x the credit and indexed object quotas as subscribing to each tool individually.
Hope this helps!
Robert
Thanks Robert, it seems like this was a temporary issue. Started working fine a few minutes later. I have had other complaints in the team with the same issue though, could be isolated to a specific prompt being too heavy (error message attached).
But good to know there's no quota enforced yet.

Glad to see it's working again!
I will recommend keeping an eye on your email inbox and the Admin portal, as those will be the areas that Atlassian announce when AI usage is tracked more closely, and when pricing will be announced.
