Automatically run script on branch switch

We have a update configuration script that we need to run everutime we switch branches etc. Is it possible to configure Sourcetree to rautomatically run a script when I change branch?

No, I'm afraid there is nothing in SourceTree currently to support that, but you could try using git hooks, which SourceTree should respect, e.g. the post-checkout hook
