Can't open SourceTree Bookmarks

I've updated to 2.3.1 and now I am unable to open the bookmarks. The shortcut CMD+B is not working and the menu item is disabled (image attached).

This is happening in two Macs.

Any solution for this?

CMD + Zero

And that menu item doesn't do what you think it does.

You want Window > Show Repository Browser

using sourcetree version 2.1.2.5 on windows.
