Getting 'registration complete' window on every start

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Everytime I start sourcetree (latest version of sourcetree for Windows) it shows me the 'registration complete' window.

It shows me as logged in, but everytime i must go through the 'install tools' and 'preference' pages of the wizard.

Needless to say this is quite annoying .... . Any ideas?
