How to create a readeble script from GIT command line?

Hi Guys, 

i created macro where i did output folder with 2 Excel files. 

And now i want to use my macro to push these files to remote repository. 

My idea is to copy my created folder to my local depository and run VB/VBA script to commit it. 

I would like to ask you People how can i:

1) Create Git code to commit and push all files from specific  folder in local repo toremote repo

2) Save somehow the code (bash sh file?)

3) run this code using VB/VBA

Please help Guys
