I'm unable to Pull in Sourcetree

The other day I was trying pull some files from Sourcetree before I could push my own changes but everytime I try to pull I get this error.

Stephen,

Seems like a memory issue with cygwin? Can you try reinstalling the cygwin binary, or trying the Embedded Git in SourceTree instead to see if the error goes away?
