Offline installer for SourceTree 1.9.*?

We use SourceTree in a closed network (no internet connection). I'd very much like to update to the current version as 1.6 seems to be a bit outdated. I'm having a hard time finding an offline installer (maybe just being to stupid).

Can someone please tell me where to find an offline installer (if there is one available, that is)?
