What worked for me:
Click on the Repository group name to highlight it:
Click on the name text
Wait a few seconds and the name should open up for editing
Enter your new name
The two tricks are you can't click anywhere on the bar, you have to click on the name itself, and you have to wait a few seconds for it to open up for editing.
Don't bother right-clicking and selecting "Rename" from the menu either, that doesn't work.
