how could i share my subtree infos with others

when i used sourcetree add some subtrees, and my sourcetree lists all subtrees, then i pushed my modify to remote.

But when others in our team pulled the updates, in theirs source tree the subtree item listed nothing. They needed to add all subtrees again. This is not convenient. 

How could i share this setting infos?
