SourceTree Error Message in Log "NPS: Couldn't record shown prompt"

We are encountering this message in the sourcetree log after upgrade of Sourcetree to version 3.1.2 (Enterprise version). Would like to know how to resolve it.

We are using VDI, and I have simulated the same version of SourceTree in another instance of VDI, but is not able to replicate it.

This is harmless debug logging related to us recently disabling the in-app surveys. It will be removed in a future update.
