Sourcetree does not notice changes in projects

Hello,

since the last update of sourcetree (i do always install the latest updates), it does no longer notice, when i have changed some files and/or code in any project. Everytime I have to close and reopen Sourcetree to get the recent changes.

Is there an option for this behaviour that i may have failed to configure correctly?
