I have a slow git repo which I am trying to improve. I have used the "Benchmark repo performance" tool in SourceTree and some of the numbers are pretty bad but I cannot find any documentation on what each measure is specifically and how this relates to everyday usage of Sourcetree or if there are specific git commands that each line is running.
Can you provide some documentation or explanation of the output please? I'm particularly interested in GetFileStatusAllMs, GetSummaryMs, and GetTrackingBranchesForPullMs.
I'd also like to know if this benchmark tool is only relevant to Sourcetree or are any measures relevant for performance of other tools such as git bash?
