Accessibility for historical uptime graph

Hello from the maintainers of npmjs!

We have an accessibility issue we would like looked at. There is currently no way we can access the link in the "Related" section from a keyboard - so the link is currently inaccessible from users that can't use a mouse or just have a screenreader. Could we get the hover items added to the tabindex?

Thank you for reaching out to StatusPage community. I am Nayan, happy to help. 

We recognize that currently, these links are not accessible via keyboard navigation or screenreaders, as they cannot be reached without a mouse. This issue is consistent with known accessibility gaps in StatusPage, and we have a feature request open regarding this feature to be added to StatusPage with ID STATUS-894.

Due to the private nature of StatusPage feature requests, its not accessible publically. However, if you'd like to know the status of the feature request, you can reach out to us with the above feature request ID and we'd be happy to share the status.
