Confusing colour and layout of "Billing history" button on Billing page.

The location and gray colour of the button "Billing history" is confusing.
Every month I need to search for this button.
Suggestion:
Put Billing history OUTSIDE of the grid, and do not use a gray colour, since it is even more often used than "Change plan".
