I am trying for months to arrange a call with someone from Atlassian SP team to discuss upcoming renewals and changes to our Thales Group StatusPage accounts and no updates or replies or feedback from any of the people that I emailed. What a disappointment that we have to chase you for more businesses to you . Thales is a big customer of Atlassian and we may change directions if this is the way your StatusPage team ignores big customers.

I did and i got 3 names and all of them do not do much and have no appetite for business i guess.
