While I am not a project leader, using the Vision Creation Play can be helpful to get my team re-aligned with our goals and with setting new ones to get people more engaged.
The play I find the best to run with a team would be Goals, Signals, and Measures as it would help out a lot with figuring what exactly everyone is looking at before letting them go for the races. It helps to keep everyone in their perspective for a project, and I personally believe this is the one me.
I plan to implement a Team Goals, Signals, and Measures Play for my small team of developers. Using Team GSM will improve the clarity between me and the team. The outcome will solve the team's misconceptions and misunderstandings and improve communication. The play can provide insight into the team's struggles and issues. I can reinforce the team's area of weakness, add sprints to attack these issues, or address to fix the problems.
I want to bring the Goal, Signal, Measures Strategy, and DACI to my team. I would like to involve the entire team in decision-making and developing a strategy for the customer that we will be adding to our scope.
I intend to implement the DACI framework with my team. This will help improve new feature request gets the right key stakeholders involved and allow for us to deliver better products.
I would implement the: How to run the Customer Journey Mapping Play. Mapping out the journey to our customer and seeing the Pain points along the way and getting those issue resolved so the customer can see where the final product will be is a big goal.
I’m looking forward to using DACI for upcoming projects with my group. This could help us get a better understanding of whatever project we’re working on man and our goals.
I got reminded of the DACI play. Thanks. I think having this in Confluence for the many minor decisions we make over the years, will build a great knowledge base and reduce slack chatter.
I would use the customer journey mapping play because I feel the information that the customers provides through out the entire experience would prove valuable to getting the project out to my target audience
Hello. Out of all of the strategic guidance plays I've learned about I think Customer Journey Mapping play would be the most relevant to my team and the one we would be most likely to use. Since I am in a course for Game Design it would be important for a game design team to know what player's favorite parts of a game are and which are the most frustrating.
I want to run the DACI framework with my future team next month. I am a Game Design student and I will be joining a team to create a game over a couple of months. I believe having a structured goal will be vital, but it will also give my team and I practice in applying the DACI framework to a real project.
One Strategic Guidance play I intend to run with my team is "Clear Communication Alignment" because effective communication ensures that everyone understands the team's goals, roles, and expectations. Misalignment can lead to inefficiencies, duplicated efforts, and confusion, By fostering transparency, we can drive better collaboration and decision-making. We will do this by utilizing regular check-ins, defined objectives, feedback loops, and collaboration tools. This approach will create a well-informed, agile, and motivated team that works towards shared success.
One strategic guidance play that I intend to use with my future teams is, "Team Goals, Signals, and Measures". Starting a project off with this play allows everyone to be on the same page and feel as though their contributions are meaningful to the overall outcomes.
I plan to use the Customer Mapping Play. This play is valuable because it shows the team how our potential customers will think and interact with our product or service, and that is a key insight we need to have in order to deliver a great experience.
I'll use Goals, Signals and Measures to align my team with company bjectives. We'll define clear goals, track progress with key signals, and set measurable outcomes. Regular check-ins and tracking tools will ensure clarity and accountability.
I plan to facilitate the VISION CREATION play with my team as a consultant. This exercise is one of the most valuable for teams managing a combination of build, TMA, test execution, and back-office operations on a daily basis. Establishing a clear vision will provide our stakeholders with greater visibility into our objectives and priorities, fostering alignment and driving more strategic decision-making.
