Hi all,
I'm looking for the experience of some Australian certified experts and what your experiences were with the proctored certification portal?
We've had one team member who spent a lot of time trying to get his name changed on the certification portal because his Australian drivers license had his middle name on it.
However, mine is similar, and there is no option to add or change the name and also no option for a middle name either?
Are US licenses different? Is this an issue for exam takers outside the US in general?
I've also found there are next to no licensed testing venues in Australia which seems pretty poor.
If anyone has had a similar experience could you please share your advice/tips to testing and how you got around these problems.
Thanks!
Hi Samuel,
My name is Maurilio Gorito and I work as part of the Certification Team at Atlassian.
To initiate a process with our team to either verify or change your name, please ask your team member to raise a ticket with us at: Atlassian Support at your earliest convenience.
Support form guidance: What can we help you with? → Training and Certification, Please select one of the following → Certification, Select a topic → Certification Portal.
Please, have your colleague indicates that he wants to change their name in CertMetrics (our certification portal). Atlassian support team will be happy to assist.
Also, PSI only requires the test taker’s first and last name on their government-issued ID to match their registration name on file during IF verification, hence middle name, or middle initial can already be omitted.
PSI standardized list of acceptable forms of identification:
I hope that helps!
Maurilio
