Availability of the Managing Agile Boards and Reports Assessment Badge

Hello Community! 👋

Does anyone know if it's still possible to schedule & earn either of the following badges?

• (ASB-615) Managing Agile Boards and Reports
• Managing Agile Boards and Reports Assessment

I am struggling to find a way to maintain my Atlassian Certified in Managing Jira Projects for Data Center, which currently shows up as and upcoming expiration on my dashboard:

Any advice would be much appreciated!

The skillbuilders were retired back in February. We are in the process of rolling out a new program for renewals. You can learn more about it here: 

New certification renewal program is coming soon! 🥳

The post and linked page includes instructions on creating a ticket if you would like an extension of your certification while the program rolls out. However, if you like, you can respond here to let me know if you would like the extension.

Seeing that my main credential expires by the end of September, should I hurry to collect enough points to extend it by then? 😉

The other thing I'm seeing in my profile is the Atlassian Certified in Managing Jira Projects for Data Center credential, which is marked as In Progress with no expiration date (Expires: Never)

I guess if it's already in progress, I should be able to complete it anytime by collecting enough points to get the new badge. Am I right?

As mentioned here:

• What if there is not enough time to renew when the program rolls out? It is known that there are many candidates who have certifications expiring in 2024. If a candidate does not have enough time to renew, they can submit a support ticket to have their certification extended for six months. Please be sure to include your CertMetrics ID (ATnnnnnnnn) or the email address associated with the certification.

I wouldn't know about your second question, and if this is standard behavior or maybe an issue. I would raise a support ticket for that, to get advise on your particular situation and get any issues sorted 😊

This means you have started the process to earn the certification, but have not taken the exam. So in that case, there is no certification to renew.
