I am trying to reschedule an exam (acp 600) but keep getting this error message

'you have excessed the number of exam attempts allowed for this exam per exam sponsor's retake rules within the specific time period' 

I understand that you have to wait at-least 7 days to reschedule an exam, it has been over 10 days and still getting the same error message. 

I have contacted support and the response is very slow. Does anyone have a solution?
