I am not sure why I wasn't getting my emails but it seems my account was deleted August 2. I lost years of work with no backups. How can I get back into my account?

Thanks for reaching out. Based on the information you’ve provided so far, it looks like your Atlassian account is brand new and currently doesn’t have a Trello profile associated with this email address.
If you previously used Trello with a different email address, it’s possible your old account became dormant or was deactivated in line with our Dormant Trello Account Policy.
As part of that process, we send multiple email notifications before any account is deleted.
If you were collaborating on boards with others, you can ask a board member to invite your current email address to those boards. This way, you’ll be able to continue working with your team using your new account.
