Cannot upload videos more than 10M

Hi 

 

I have paid Trello premium subscription however I nor my team has been able to upload any file for each card more than 10M from our computer. We all use Mac safari browser. I was able to upload the videos from the same account on my phone. How can this be fixed?

@wendy tian welcome to the community! Hmm. what size is the file? When you say 10M do you mean 10MB or 10 minutes?

Hi @wendy tian ,

Your confusion is that you can upload attachments over 10MB from PC, but not mobile app?
