Create button with rule when triggering a checklist.

Hello guys.
I would like to create a rule, a button. 
I need you to send an email with all the card information, including the custom fields, if a checklist button is activated.
 Only this. 
I wouldn't want to move it to any list.
 Only send an email if a button is clicked.
