Hi there,
last friday suddenly all of the custom fields disappeared from a trello board of a client. It looks like it has reverted to a free plan although they have had a paid plan for years. I have contacted the support immediately but haven't got any response from them yet. As the main recruiting process is running through this board it now stands completely still, so we need to find a solution asap.
Has anybody any idea where this may come from?

Could it be that your client has moved that board from a paid workspace to a free workspace? Custom fields are only available in paid workspaces.
That was the issue. They thought that pricing was now only dependant on the number of members and not on the workspaces anymore.

Could this be related to the new limit of member s on a board? On this board however we are under the limit
