Desktop Notification Not Firing

Any ideas why this desktop notification is not firing (the internal Trello did not go off either)?
I am a member of the card and have enabled notifications

Update:  
I fixed the date and was successful in getting the notification to fire on my iphone and the bell icon on my desktop did turn red but the desktop popup notification never arrived.
When I toggled the Desktop notification on, just this morning, Chrome asked if I wanted to allow and I answered Yes.
I also went into Chrome settings and added Trello to the sites allowing popups.
Any ideas?

Figured it out.  Had to go into Windows Action Center and configure Focus Assist to allow.
