Hello,
I have a user who is unable to login due to not receiving an email verification code.
We are not blocking the email as i am still able to get in. They have checked their spam/junk folders. We have resent the code multiple times. Their email is correct and they have been able to get in, in the past.
Any insight?

Hi @Lauryn Spillar , Thank you for sharing the username!
I went and took a look at user's email address behind the scenes through our email logs and can see the email is being sent from our side and delivered successfully to your mail server but once it reaches your mail server it's not being delivered to user and is instead being "Queued mail for delivery".
What I'd recommend doing here though is reaching out to your IT team/mail server team to get them to make sure that any emails being sent from the id.atlassian.com domain are delivered right away to user rather than being queued for delivery.
